Itay has extensive experience and knowledge in geo-engineering, serves as a structural engineer and is the company's soil consultant.

His experience includes:

• Statutory planning, including preparation of geological-seismic appendices to the relevant zoning plans.
• Planning and conducting soil surveys, soil consulting and geo-engineering opinions.
• Designing foundations and engineering facilities, ground support structures and slope stability for industrial buildings, public buildings, drainage, roadways and the like.
• Geo-engineering design for energy and water infrastructures, such as HDD drilling design for infrastructure and natural element crossings and constructing pipelines for seawater desalination.
• Planning earthworks to improve the geotechnical properties of soils.
• Designing structural reinforcements to improve buildings' earthquake resistance.
